Qualifications and Responsibilities:

• Team-players with great and positive attitude.
• Plan and prepare lesson plans.
• Interact with children through instructional methods to include play, music, arts and crafts, reading, writing, science and physical activities.
• Assists in daily supervision of Volunteers, Room Assistants and Room Aides.
• Promotes and fosters each child's positive self-esteem and individual development toward fullest potential in the areas of physical, social, emotional and cognitive growth.
• Prepares thorough evaluations for children on a yearly basis or as needed.
• Assists children with personal care activities to include toileting, feeding and cleanliness needs in relation to age/stage of development.
• Attends in-service training, conferences, staff meetings and parent meetings as required.
• Child Development Associate (CDA), Group Teacher, or Associates Degree in education or related field; BA degree in ECE or approved related field is preferred.

• BA/MA Early Childhood or related field with 12 credits in ECE only (no-certification) $56,070
• BA with Certification $61,070

• $75,000 - $85,000/year depending on education, certifications, and experience – in addition, there is a bonus incentive based on enrollment (Over $100,000 including bonus)

Company with Residential and Commercial projects in New Jersey is seeking a full-time Construction Operations Coordinator to join our growing team. The position will primarily focus on managing subcontractors to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality project execution. 

Responsibilities:

• Subcontractor Management: Organize, review, and evaluate subcontractor quotations to ensure they meet contract documents. Negotiate terms and issue documented purchase orders.
• Project Budgeting and Scheduling: Complete budgeting and scheduling for projects, track progress, identify potential risks, and ensure subcontractor compliance with timelines.
• Project Tracking and Reporting
• Perform Monthly Billing using different billing software.
• Purchase Orders: Generate purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner based on approved requisitions and procurement requests.
• Vendor Coordination.
• Subcontractor Insurance Tracking and Compliance.

Qualifications:

• Experience in construction management / project management.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
